I have been working with Timberwolff Construction, Inc. for seven years between Hot Topic, Inc and a previous company. Most of my experience with their team has been as a project manager in charge of Torrid but also as a Hot Topic Project Manager and Manager of Construction. During that time, Timberwolff Construction has built 57 Hot Topic and Torrid stores for us, roughly 13% of the stores we built during that same period. Hot Topic stores were built on a 7-week schedule and Torrid stores on an 8-week schedule in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
I would like the personally recommend the service and quality of Timberwolff Construction, inc. Mike Wolff and his team have built up a consistent, knowledgeable, and well trained team. From their project managers to their superintendents, Timberwolff’s commitments to the goals of the client are always in the forefront of there decision-making and they carry through on those ideas in the office and in the field. With an aggressive construction schedule, and several stores being built at one time, it s important to surround yourself with a team that instills confidence and competence. Timberwolff define that confidence. Many of there decisions make it seem as if the Timberwolff team is an extension of our team. They anticipate instead of react.
